Overview

Qualtivate is the survey and maturity assessment platform of Afflatus Consulting Group. It measures what document audits cannot see: food safety culture, quality culture, team engagement, the perception of risks and the real maturity of a management system. Using questionnaires calibrated by our consultants and adapted to each standard (BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Qualtivate surveys all of the staff — from senior management to operators — anonymously, in several languages and on any device. The results are presented in the form of dashboards: scores by theme, by site and by staff category, gaps between the perception of management and that of the shop floor, comparison with sector benchmarks and changes from one survey campaign to the next. Each report leads to a culture improvement plan, as required by GFSI-recognised standards, which the company can then track in Normativa. Qualtivate is also used to assess the effectiveness of training and the satisfaction of customers. It is the tool that gives business leaders an objective measure of their company culture, along with tangible evidence to present to auditors and to their buyers.
